How do I enter the competition?

First, you must create an account on our website. Once registered, choose the competition you wish to enter and complete the online entry process. Alternatively, you may enter for free by following the free postal entry instructions provided for each competition. Please note that free postal entries will not receive confirmation that they have been entered into the draw.

How will I know if I have won?

We will contact the winner by telephone or email using the contact details provided on their account within 14 days of the competition closing date. If your contact details change before the competition closes, you must update them on your account or notify us. If we are unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the closing date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner and the original winner will lose their right to claim the prize.

How long is the competition open for?

The opening and closing dates for each competition are displayed on the competition page on our website. If we need to change either date for any reason, the website will be updated accordingly. We will only change these dates where it is necessary due to circumstances outside of our control.

Can anyone enter the competition?

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. We do not accept entries from individuals outside of the UK. This competition is organised in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Employees of PrizeFlow Ltd, their immediate family members, and any suppliers or partners directly connected with the competition are not permitted to enter.

Can I sell the prize if I don’t want it?

Yes. If you win a prize, it becomes yours and you are free to do what you wish with it, including selling it.

How do I enter for free?

You can enter any PrizeFlow competition for free by post. Simply send your entry by first or second class post and include the competition name, your full name, postal address, contact telephone number, and email address. Each entry must be posted separately, must match the details on your account, and must be received before the competition closing date.

How do you use my personal data?

We use your personal data to administer competitions and to award prizes. We do not use your data for any other purpose unless required to do so by law. We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for administering the competition. Full details of how we collect, use and store your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy page. 

If you are the winner, we may need to share certain details with regulatory bodies such as the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that the competition has been administered fairly and that prizes have been awarded. You have the right to request that we stop using your personal data at any time. However, if you request that your details are removed from our database before the competition closing date, this will be treated as a withdrawal from the competition and you will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fees paid.

If I win, do I have to participate in promotional exercises?

No, this is not compulsory. However, with your permission, we would love to share your excitement on our website and social media pages. Even if you choose not to take part in any promotional activities, we may still be required to provide certain details to the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that the competition has been administered fairly and that the prize has been awarded.

Can I Enter the competition again?

Yes, you may enter the competition multiple times, up to any entry limit specified for that competition. Entries may be restricted once the maximum number of entries has been reached. Whilst PrizeFlow competitions are not gambling, we encourage participants to play responsibly and not spend more than they can afford.

Can I get a refund of my entry fee?

Once you have entered a competition, entry fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided if you are disqualified from the competition for any reason. 

How is the winner decided?

The method used to determine the winner depends on the type of competition.

Main Draw

All entrants who correctly answer the competition question (where applicable) will be entered into a random draw. The winner will be selected at random as soon as reasonably possible after the competition closing date and, in any event, within 7 days.

Instant Wins

When you enter an Instant Win competition, you will be randomly allocated an entry number once your entry has been completed. If your entry number matches a pre-determined Instant Win number displayed on the website, you will immediately win the corresponding prize.

Auto Draws

Some competitions may use an automated draw system. This system randomly selects the winner once the competition closing date is reached or when all available entries have been sold.

For transparency, entrant names and entry numbers may be included on a spreadsheet and may also be displayed during live draws or on the website to confirm winners. If you do not wish your name to appear, please contact us at [email protected] at least 48 hours before the draw.

All winners are selected using a random draw process to ensure every valid entry has an equal and fair chance of winning.
